SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Please allow 4—6 weeks for your bag to arrive at your door. When your bag is complete and inspected by one of our handbag stylists, we will send you an email with the tracking information.

Shipping is $15/bag for Canada and $20/bag USA.

We are happy to ship outside of the Canada & US. Please email us at handmade@dropnautical.com as rates will vary by country. The international recipient will be responsible for custom clearance, local taxes and duties.

Return & Exchange Policy

drop. accepts returns within 7 days of receipt on handbags that are unused and in original condition. Please email info@laudividni.com and let us know the issue—if we can fix it, we will!

If we can't, we'll exchange your bag or refund your purchase. Ship your return via a major delivery service that provides tracking capabilities. Customers are responsible for one-way shipping of returns.
